Kingborough Council celebrated Youth Week in style, with the spectacular Kingborough’s Got Talent event.
Kingborough Mayor Paula Wriedt said she loved the show and was so impressed with all the amazing performances.
“All the young performers did an exceptional job entertaining the crowd and I was blown away with all the talent on display,” Cr Wriedt said.
“There was an array of high-quality musical, dance, theatre, and performance acts making up the program.
“I would like to congratulate the prize winners – Isabella, Zac and Lana.
“Special thanks to MC John X who was hilarious and to the three judges Edna Pennicott, Trey L’Trash and Fred Assenheimer for providing their supportive and encouraging comments throughout the night.
“Everyone was very well looked after by the Youth Action Kingborough (YAK) group, who sold snacks to raise money for Kingborough’s Helping Hands.
“It was a packed-out show and wonderful to see such support from the Kingborough community.”
