Blackmans Bay Primary School held their colour run recently, sponsored by Channel Court Shopping and Undefeatd Martial Arts who ensured that every student who wanted to participate could, regardless of the $10 registration cost.
It is the school’s second year running the event.
The Blackmans Bay Primary School Parents and Friends Fundraising Committee raised approximately $2500, which was used by the School Association to purchase literacy and numeracy resources for across the school, contribute funding to the Prep to Year 2 swimming program, and pay for the school wide Growing Up program, which educates students from Year 3 up on puberty.
