Close to 100 people attended the Kingborough Business Awards Dinner held at the Twin Ovals function centre on Friday, July 12 in a celebration of our local business community.
Among the winners were a diverse range of businesses, each making significant contributions to the Kingborough municipality.
“This was a celebration of our business community and a great opportunity for everyone to get together and applaud local business enterprise,” event organiser and manager of the Kingborough Huon Business Enterprise Centre (KHBEC) Kerry Muller said.
“These awards have never been about how large or profitable a business is: it’s about how you treat your customers, how you work with your staff and how you overcome the challenges faced in an always changing environment to make you the choice that consumers trust and use.
“Congratulations to all category finalists and thank you to all businesses that nominated for the awards.
“Your participation is what makes our local business community thrive.”
