Channel Christian’s annual Lantern Walk once again lit up the winter night sky with the students’ handmade lanterns.
This event has been a tradition of the school since 2009, and this year’s rendition saw approximately 300 staff, students and community members gather to walk through Margate together.
The students crafted the lanterns in the weeks before and illuminated the way to the Arts and Recreation Centre (ARC) where Mrs Bil Heit shared a dramatic performance of Goldilocks and the Three Bears.
After, everyone warmed up with soups and stews made by members of the school community.
