The winners of the Kingborough Council’s Salvaged Art Competition were announced during the opening night of the exhibition at Kingston Beach Hall on Friday, September 29.
The judges were impressed by the creativity, innovation and artistic interpretation shown by the 71 entries, which transformed waste and recycled materials into ingenious works of art based around the theme Climate Change. For the full story pick up a copy of this week's Kingborough Chronicle (Tuesday, October 10).
