West Winds Community Centre, Woodbridge held a raffle during their Youth Week Live Music Showcase on Sunday, April 7 to raise funds for Kettering resident Abbey.
Abbey is an 11-year-old who was diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumour in mid 2024.
The family has been undergoing extensive treatment options in both Tasmania and Victoria.
Family friend Tess Tscheppera collaborated with West Winds to organise a raffle and donation opportunity during the Youth Week Live Music Showcase.
Raffle prizes included vouchers for Peppermint Bay and Seagrass Restaurant, located at Long Beach, Sandy Bay.
Attendees enjoyed music from Huon Valley youth band Roaring Forte and Better Than Detention.
